Amazing 1st appointment! Mina was so kind, and Dr. Robert was amazing.

I need my Ray Bans touched up and tighten and Jon Mezarina did not hesitate to help me out and even clean them for free. What a great environment they have! I will be coming back to shop!

Jon is great to work with and even though there were several delays, he was very diligent and honored the warranty on my frames. I’ve purchased multiple pairs over the last few years and will continue shopping with them.

Highly recommend Dr. and Spectacles! Dr. is very knowledgeable and thorough with his exam and took the time to explain things to me. Also, no puff eye tests!

His team, Mina, Jon, and Lana, are so kind and helpful! There’s a wonderful selection of glasses, and Jon assisted me in selecting a beautiful pair.

I walked in off the street because I saw something called an OpticWash, and Lana was SOOOOO sweet, she immediately explained what it was and OFFERED to clean my glasses inside of it. And it's FREE?!? Haven't even had to pay for anything and I know I'm going to recommend this place to my friends and family with glasses. Good service right away with no expectations of me buying anything, THATS how you get my business. ❤️

Great experience!
I purchased new eyeglasses from this store. Jon helped me find the perfect frames and suggested super thin lightweight lenses. I was very pleased when I picked they up.
A few days later, I tripped and fell facedown. My glasses hit the ground and I landed on them. Both lenses shattered and the frames twisted. I returned to Spectacles to purchase a new pair of glasses. Jon said that they would be replaced without cost to me. I was leaving on a trip on the following day, so Jon offered to forward the replacement glasses to me by Fed/Ex. Again, no cost to me.
Wouldn’t it be great if every store provided customer service like that?
I’ll certainly frequent Spectacles in the future.
